Refund Policy — ARSS of Illinois

At ARSS of Illinois, we make all ghee in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products.

Returns

If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used jars of ghee
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Promotional or discounted items (final sale)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective on arrival.
If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
